Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account for any of our Products. Our Products are designed for use by adults; other household members (including children) may be added as names within an account holder's household and do not hold separate accounts.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity that happens under your account
• The accuracy of information you add (including household member names and content)

If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at hello@stackframeco.com.

3. Household and Invite Features

Where a Product allows account holders to generate invite codes or links to add household members, you're responsible for who you share those codes or links with. Anyone joining your household via an invite will be able to view and interact with shared household content in that Product (calendar, lists, meals, etc., as applicable).

4. Beta / Founding Access and Pricing

Our Products may be offered free of charge during their early launch periods. Features, availability, and pricing may change as a Product develops. If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, we'll provide clear notice before any charges apply, and continued use of free features will not automatically enroll you in a paid plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Services
• Use AI-powered features (such as content scanning) to upload content unrelated to their intended purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to our Products (calendar events, lists, household member names, uploaded files, etc.). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers (including Supabase/Lovable Cloud, Resend, and Anthropic) to operate core features. Your use of the Services is also subject to reasonable use of these underlying services. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers outside our control.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of any Product at any time. We'll do our best to notify users of significant changes, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, particularly during early launch periods.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the Services for a particular purpose. Our Products are household and personal organization tools and should not be relied upon as the sole record for time-sensitive or critical information (e.g. medical appointments, legal deadlines).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, StackFrame.Co and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data.

11. Termination

You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
